Since our humble beginnings, TopReg has been on a mission to shake up the UK private plate industry.
The family business was incorporated by Miss Tabby Manning as founder, alongside her brother Gary, and executive John Barnes. Through their combined passion for the motor industry, the team saw a gap in the registration market and knew there was an opportunity to offer a superior and more streamlined service.
